You rent the holiday properties directly from the owners. The use of our website and the access to the renters listings and contact informations are all free of charge for you. All information on the objects listed on this web-site are based on the information provided by the owners. Therefore it is considered as agreed, that only the individual owner of the here present objects assume liability for their own apartments and in fulfillment of the contracts with their tenants. Each property owner will have their own way of processing a booking but, as a guideline, the following listing should be helpfull and take place if not differently indicated by your landlord, as basic conditions for a pleasent stay for all involved ones.

apartment use

Please respect the rented holiday accommodation as if it belongs to you, keep it clean and tidy. Remember that your neighbours are normal house inhabitants and not in vacation and probably have to go out-slept early in the morning to their work, avoid therefore any rest-disturbing noise in the stairway and especially in the late evening in your apartment. Avoid waste in front of and in the house in particular by cigarette dumps. Throw the trash into the garbage can which are in every house. To smoke is only permitted after arrangement with the landlord, as well as a change of the apartment equipment.

booking

Your inquiry, request and reservation is possible without any obligation online, by telephone, or in informal written form. The obligate, firm contract and reservation of the apartment takes place only after written promise, confirmation of the landlord and after money pre-payment within, usually 14 days (connection period). If no pre-payment for the reserved apartment was sent within the connection period from 2 weeks, no more obligation exists for the landlord to make the renting object available for you.

cancellation

We recommends the conclusion of a travel insurance. This protects you against the financial consequences, if you have to cancel your vacation for unexpected reasons such as illness or accident. Cancellations have to take place in writing per mail . In case of cancellation two month before before your check in day, your deposit will be converted into a voucher with is valid for a year and can be used for another booking by the same landlord. Is your cancellation within the last 2 month before your arrival or the time frame of one year has passed there will be no refund of the deposit. The remaining amount as agreed in the contract is to be paid on the arrival day in cash, even if the person's number were reduced and or in case of a earlier departure day. Possible further guests must be announced in time before and their stay have to be paid additionally. By higher force such as damage caused by water and therefore impossibility of the supply of the apartment the landlord is obligated to refund the already paid amount to the guest and will be helpful to make another adequate renting object available.

liability

The guest have to pay for self caused damage in full amount. For short term loss of amenities, e.g. televisions, elevator, warm water, gas, etc. it`s not possible to lower the price. The guest has to contact the landlord immediately in case of damage. The loss of an apartment key cost 200 euro, since apart from the cylinder exchange, also an adequate number of keys must be copied. The use of the apartment and its contents as well as the way to the house, stairway and elevator takes place on own risk.
